The Flow Score is one number, between 0 and 100, that measures the momentum of your financial life.
It's built from three things — what we call pillars — happening at the same time.
Footprint (40%)
How you spend. Recurring obligations, discretionary patterns, alignment between income and outflow. The biggest weight in the score because day-to-day behavior moves outcomes more than anything else.
Balances (30%)
The truth of where you stand: net position, direction over time, assets vs. liabilities. Stability matters — but it's not enough to win on its own. Plenty of people have great balances and lousy behavior. Plenty have modest balances and great behavior.
Dreams (30%)
Whether your money is pointed at anything meaningful. Active goals, contribution rhythm, the gap between where you are and where you said you wanted to be.
Why behavior outweighs balance
Because behavior compounds. A modest balance with great behavior beats a great balance with bad behavior every single time, over any meaningful horizon. The score is built around that fact.
