Delete Your Account & Data.
Blueprint Finance App LLC (“Blueprint”) gives every user a clear way to delete their account and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
In the app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm.
By email: Send a request to support@blueprintfinance.app from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Delete My Account.” We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove: your profile and login credentials; linked financial account and transaction data; your Flow Score, Dreams, and Footprint history; and any other personal data tied to your account.
What we may retain, and for how long
We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example, subscription and transaction records needed for tax, accounting, and legal compliance — for up to 7 years. We also keep anonymized, aggregated data that can no longer identify you. Residual copies in secure backups are purged within 90 days.
